Ringo the Cat needs a home


Hi, I'm Ringo, so-called because of the beautiful golden rings on my handsome tabby tail. I'm a gentle, mild-mannered and tolerant young fellow. The shelter is still a little scary for me, but despite that I'm trusting and affectionate. The other cats like me, and I'm very well-behaved with them. I'd probably be fine with a cat-friendly dog, too. I'm super sweet with people. Although a little shy, I'll rub your hand with my head, and I like to be petted. I'll roll over for belly rubs!  I'm a gorgeous golden guy waiting for a home to relax in and be loved.




A RappCats adoption is quick and easy. We charge a $95 adoption fee, which is one of the lowest of any private cat rescue group. The fee includes the cost of shots and spaying/neutering. We can usually complete an adoption within two business days after we conduct a phone interview. If two cats are adopted, the adoption fee for the second can be lowered or waived. RappCats is a non-profit organization that helps stray, abused, abandoned and injured cats in Rappahannock County, Virginia. All our cats are spayed/neutered, current on their vaccinations and socialized to make wonderful pets.
